Since Mascotte is a standing-only venue, if you purchased a seated ticket for the original Kaufleuten show, you will be refunded the price difference at the Mascotte box office on the day of the show. Ticket holders who have bought the ticket via kaufleuten.ch will be automatically refunded the price difference through the original payment method.
